Until last week, I had never been to Massachusetts and I had never been to Vermont. Both are lovely places as it turns out! I stayed in North Adams, MA where Jesse is working at MassMoCA. Shortly after my arrival, we embarked on a trip to Vermont (because I found out it was only a 10 minute drive). We drove to Bennington in the rainy darkness and ended up wandering into a show where we briefly witnessed a strange character playing some guitar tunes. The best part is that I'd accidentally seen this guy in Philly, too. All in all, a good trip. Sadly, I forgot my camera. Maybe these mountains were among the beautiful ones I saw on the drive up there?
